About mxl
mxl is a facilitated workshop business training program specifically for entrepreneurs and senior managers with skills and knowledge that can be applied to everyday practice immediately.
The program is guided by former entrepreneurs and advisors who have assisted many businesses in improving their organization and managing their way through the rapidly changing times. The peer business group format allows participants to learn from each other, share experiences, increase their knowledge, and improve their leadership and managerial style. The groups meet once a month for a full-day workshop and acquire key management concepts and practices that can be taken back and applied to their business instantly.
Each course provides learning materials for the participants to build on their management skills as they continue their journey at mxl. Participants will learn about their personality styles and how to interact to manage better and communicate with others. Hear from guest speakers who share their experiences and build relationships with other business owners. Participate in real-life case studies to understand how others manage and decide on key issues. After completing the 10-month program,* receive an mxl certificate of achievement and join a circle of successful business colleagues from the management training program.

Course Overview
Attend 10 one-per-month workshops with a cohort of other business owners and their managers. Each workshop will have individual learning, group work, and shared insights into practical business applications for your business. You will be provided digital content before the workshop to prepare for the day. All materials are provided and the meeting venue includes all refreshments and meals*. Listen to the topic from our professional facilitator and hear from guest presenters during lunch. Network as a group and conclude the day with a real-world business case to discuss and make recommendations on what you have learned. Here are the course workshop topics:

10 full days of facilitated workshops
Includes all materials required for the workshops, and any reading materials accompanying the course program. A personality profile assessment, and a post program two-hour one-on-one advisory consultation. Digital materials are provided unless requested otherwise. All refreshments and meals are provided in workshop meetings.
